Are You In A Simulation?

I managed the project collaboration with Vsauce3 and communicated directly with

Jake Roper. I was the lead animator on the scenes included in the Vsauce3 video as well as the Kurzgesagt counterpart, with support from the motion design team at Kurzgesagt.

The challenge of this project was integrating the animations into Jake's live action footage and vice versa. Through direct communication and collaborative planning, we managed to produce our respectives scenes, with the final outcome in mind, so they would fit together like puzzle pieces.

The animations are in the typical Kurzgesagt style, designed and illustrated by the illustration despart at Kurzgesagt.
