SITUATION


zooplus wanted to clearly communicate what the company stands for and what it feels like to work there.


As competition for talent continues to grow, the challenge was to present zooplus as an attractive, values‑driven workplace in a way that felt authentic rather than promotional.


A promotional video needed to be produced that showcased the company culture, working environment, and mindset while performing across multiple social platforms.


The challenge was to tell one cohesive employer story that could adapt across formats while remaining visually strong, human, and recognisable to prospective talent.

SOLUTION


The video was built using a combination of live action footage and pre‑animated assets, supported by an automated Essential Graphics system.


Motion design was treated as a flexible framework rather than a fixed layer.


One adaptable animation setup allowed the same story to be expressed across different formats without reworking the animation for each platform. This approach shifted focus away from repetitive production tasks and toward refining the edit, strengthening narrative flow, and clearly communicating zooplus’ culture and values.
